Apartments are well designed, spacious, and with quality appliances and materials. Building and lobby are always clean. The concierge, Thomas, really makes the experience though. Anticipates needs, friendly, and always looking to make things easier for residents. Having him on staff makes this a building worth considering for anyone who is thinking of calling these apartments home.

I visited this Saturday 2/5. The guy at the desk (concierge)with the bow tie and salt/pepper low cut fro glasses was extremely aggressive and rude. He was very unprofessional with a guest in the lobby. It was very off putting and I would not suggest moving here.

We moved into The Draper Place in early May. Sonji and Eddie were beyond welcoming and had prepared for our move in day to alleviate any stress. Once in our apartment, Juan was available for any issues we had with the apartment and accommodated a structural issue we encountered, sliding glass door needed fine tuning. Juan has helped us in many ways for hanging pictures and obtaining a gate for our porch to keep our dog safe. The building and apartment is stunning. We love coming home to the Draper. We are new to Charlotte and are so happy we chose the Draper over another apartment in Midwood plaza that we had secured and forfeit our deposit to move in to the Draper. We really enjoy the neighborhood and the other residents in the building. It is a mature and fun atmosphere. We love it here!

What a wonderful place to live! The location is phenomenal, literally close to everything that Charlotte has to offer but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartments are impeccable with wonderful finishes inside and out. The amenities are countless, with the property adding new opportunities to enjoy the property weekly. The staff is great as well with such an amicable nature and always offering a kind smile and a helping hand if we need anything. They are always finding creative ways to thank us for being a resident! So glad I chose these apartments!
