I've been living here for 4 years and this year 2022 the rent increased too much and the apartments are very bad, my apartment has been asking for more than 2 years to change the carpet and it always says that you have to send an email, so for what do these people who work there in the office serve, if they can't solve this problem, they want to increase the rent but they want to move, now in the summer many cockroaches, barbecue only one working, if you are going to rent and better look for another place I'm paying almost 1300 of rent being that there are better ones maybe a little more than that or the same value for a newer apartment

I really hate living here. I’ve reported the a/c not working in the fitness center at least four times already and the lying leasing agent didn’t put in any work order or is maintenance just that unreliable. The only one who seems to care is the woman with the locs the others do NOTHING. After increasing rent and adding in pointless valet trash fees you would think the least you could do is enjoy a workout. Not here

Maintenance takes forever to fix issues and repairs. It's been 2 months and I've been dealing with the same issue and have to repeatedly and continually follow up. Washers and dryers never consistently work so i have to do laundry off site. Only good thing about this place is the convenience.

The water issue here has became a huge problem. I’m unable to work because they’re always turning the water off and when the water comes back on, there’s no hot water…. Yet, they’re still expecting you to pay full rent or have the rent on time. The water has been off Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and again the following Monday 9am-5pm…. It’s Tuesday again and there’s still no hot water.
