We were in town for a quick drop off for my stepchild (he’s 6 and visited us in Florida) we were also visiting family last minute so we got an Airbnb at Skye house. We were there on a night that was busy with events and lots of guests, so walking areas were a little trashed, and the sky roof area was very messy. But overall it was a good stay.

Poor Apartment Maintenance [ ESP WATER LEAKS IN BEDROOMS Till Date!! ] From 2 years there is a water leak from cooler into the bedroom where half of the bedroom carpet will be covered with stinking smelly flow of water and the only solution would be wait until flow of water get dried up.. this happened thrice in this year, no solution yet..HORRIBLE Experience!! My request to Skyhouse Management Team is to please kindly consider maintenance request seriously..

I applied with them but decided to cancel for my own personal reasons. I have been trying to get in contact with someone in regards to my administrative fee being refunded but no one is now answering all of a sudden. The phone keeps being busy and when it’s not busy no one ever answers. Please make sure this is a place you want to live before you apply and waste so much money on the application fee and administrative fee which is ridiculous. If I don’t hear anything from anyone in a timely matter I will personally have to reach corporate myself.

Loved my studio apartment. However the complex itself is not that clean. Many people let their dogs go to the bathroom in the lobby and halls and don’t clean up after them. Also it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the leasing office. I have to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone.
