We’ve been renting here for 16 months. There are ongoing issues in this neighborhood with units being “rented” than being put on Airbnb and VRBO. For this amount of money this shouldn’t be an ongoing issue. The parking is also atrocious and people are allowed to park in front on their unit with no consequences. There are always close by spaces yet the rules are ignored. They’re on their second management company yet the issues persist. It is not a safe neighborhood. We’ve been woke up numerous times at night. One time a man was beating our neighbors door because they said his phone was stolen and it was inside their place. It was not. Our neighbors were absolutely terrified as were we.

I’ve really enjoyed this complex, and now that new management has taken over it’s even better. It’s quiet and had a mini neighborhood feel. Allen, the property caretaker, is the so helpful and quick to respond. Kristen is also informative and has been great to work with as a tenant.

Hands down best apartment experience I have ever had. The staff is very nice and professional and always on top of things. My apartment is beautiful and the location is convenient to everything. No where is perfect but this place is pretty close to it!!
