Don’t try to schedule a grooming appointment if you have a dog over 50lbs. I’ve called twice in the past 6 months and they will not accept new customers with medium-large sized dogs. As a veterinarian in town it’s difficult for me to understand an animal related business model with such stipulations. Terribly unfriendly and short sighted. I also think most pet owners would find it somewhat offensive. I certainly will not be recommending any of my clients to Earthwise Pets.
