Treated like cattle. Your just next in line. RN'S are rude via Mychart. Quick to dismiss your concerns. Impossible to speak directly with your Doctor. Once you leave out of that exam room you will be forced to tell the schedulers all of your personal medical history time after time begging for an appointment because the office is booked 3months out. And the Nurses don't understand that being an open book to every staff member via Mychart or phone is uncomfortable. I thought this office was good but unfortunately it's not.

Worse place ever no one get their stuff together. Today is the 3rd time they cancelled my appointment because they don't know how to get me with the right doctor. They don't care about their patients. I have wasted so much time with them. They are just a horrible joke.

I would give less if possible. My fiancée was supposed to get her ultrasound before 22 weeks and they scheduled her at 23 weeks, that’s fine and we accepted that. We had been reminded of this appointment in the 3 appointments leading up to it. At no point in time did they say anything about not being able to bring your child in with you. This is a very unfortunate policy for parents that can’t get someone to watch their child even with a month of planning since last minute emergencies are a thing. When we explained our situation the nursing staff were very rude and abrupt and brought my fiancée to tears.

Absolute garbage at scheduling procedures. They wait till after 6pm to call you for a procedure that following day and will not work with you on it. Have to be there by 6 am when I live 2 hrs away. That doesn't give any time to make plans for a sitter for my child or anything. Guess they expect people to be ok with driving at 4am.
