I brought my dog in to get his shots, wormer, and nails clipped. I asked before they brought him back if they wanted us to take his studded collar off, and they said no. When they brought him back to me, he was bleeding from what looked like his nose. I asked about it and they said it was from the muzzle that he chomped down on. They told me that I needed to work with him by messing with his feet so they could clip his nails easier, and that it was hard to do it with the collar on that I already asked if they needed it taken off. I’ve brought my dog to a groomer several times and NEVER had a problem with them saying this.

I have been going here for a few years. Yesterday had an emergency for one of my dogs and they were fully booked but made time to see my dog "tiny dog" from front office to the Vet amazing! Tiny came home a new man) dog... Even called and followed up this morning to see how tiny was doing.

I would not take my animals anywhere else but here. We live an hour away and still take our babies to them. Best doctors and staff anywhere. Thank you all for the great care y’all give hugs
