I work here it's a state facility great benefits, pay not so much. The work is rewarding because we actually help people.

If 0-5 were possible, it would be rated that. This place has a terrible track record of improper management concerning the surveillance and safety of staff and patients. There are multiple reports of violence between patients and staff that should not be overlooked.

this place is HORRIBLE, the staff never answers the phone or gets back to you. they fail to provide any information about my brother after numerous phone calls. my brother isn't getting the help he needs besides just pushing meds. I would not recommend. they do not truly care about the patients. have yourself or family member go somewhere else.

This is a government operated facility and the only way to get in is to be ordered there by a judge in a criminal proceeding.
They also have to be declared by a judge (ITP) Incompetent To Proceed Trial, or (NGI) Not Guilty By Insanity .
That has nothing to do with the residents currently at North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. The residents at NFETC are mentally ill male felons usually with behavioral issues.
