This place deserves zero stars really. The worst customer service I have ever been given. A simple request to have my medical records faxed over to a clinic has still not been completed AFTER 3 AND A HALF MONTHS!! Every time you call they immediately place you on hold for over 10 minutes and hang up or if they do come back they just place you on hold again and hang up. If you go in person to inquire they treat you ever worse. Never have any answers. I have never encountered a more useless staff.

Absolutely worst place to go if you are wanting recovery and a healthy support system.They’re nursing staff are so rude I tried explaining to them my situation they acted as if I was nothing and hung up on me.I was a patient for years and did everything they asked of me for them to only drop me as a patient,definitely not the place to go for real recovery they just want money,then on top of it some of them come into my place of work intoxicated that really hits hard when your trying to stay clean but the people who just cut off your medication are standing in your business intoxicated.they definitely don’t care about what line of medicine they are practicing in!

I have been going to Dr. Gallogly for over 12-13 years and never wrote a review, but I think it's time I did. You will never find a better doctor anywhere in the Ocala/Gainesville area, I dare even say the state of Florida itself. Dr. Gallogly is a top professional M.D. with who knows how many hours of actual clinical and hospital practice. You will never meet anyone who is so professional but not in any way pretentious, his personality is a direct opposite of the word. Not one single time in the years I have been his patient, has he ever talked down to me or made me feel like I should know as much as he does, unfortunately a lot of physicians have that horrible personality trait - this gentleman does NOT. So if you want a doctor who actually cares, I mean really cares, Dr. Gallogly and his staff are who you need to visit.
