This place has been “rode hard and put up wet”. Literally. The room had a musty smell that went away a bit after we checked in at 3.40 am as our flight had been canceled, and we’d turned the A/C on. When we woke we discovered the reason was the A/C made water all over the floor. The toilet ran all night. The room seemed beat up. I couldn’t get the lamp to work or straighten it out. Looks like had been thrown on the floor. Everything is chipped or soiled. Big room! But maybe we were breathing black mold. Soda machines near the elevators were filthy. Water was dripping on the ceiling tiles in the restaurant where I had a hard dry crusty piece of fish. The queso turned watery as it cooled, which I’ve never seen before and I can’t imagine how that happens. Nice guacamole. Everything else canned. Very good margarita. They have that restaurant attached… but not even a cup of coffee on the house or in the room in the AM. I can’t imagine using this place unless you’re going to have a couple of drinks, do something wildly irresponsible, and never see each other again. I’d also double checked on the rate and checkout policy twice before checking in and once before checking out and was assured we’d be charged for one day. I checked a third time after I woke and dried my feet off and was reassured, even though I’d reiterated that I understood we’d checked in at an odd hour. Then the manager later called and let us know he’d charge us an extra day. I explained all of the above and was told “I’m sorry” but too bad. So I’m a little bummed I spent that extra money on that really good margarita and cracker dry fish. I couldn’t even separate the meat from the bones. I feel sorry for the staff.

Rooms run down. TV remote busted. Tile falling of bathroom wall. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Could smell drugs in hall. Staff was very courteous and nice. I would say this was good for a motel of the cheap variety. Great location too.

Very dirty. Wish I would have taken photos. Cockroaches in the main hallways. Room had a musty smell to it. The had a sliding glass door that was very hard to open and close. When checking for bedbugs I noticed the mattress was super filthy. The Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome.

The hotel is sleepable but it's very very spartan in design. There's nothing in the way of extra amenities. It's a place to sleep behind a locked door and take a shower but it's definitely not anything close to luxury, or even nice. There were no bugs, and it was clean enough. Fresh bedding and everything that would qualify as bare minimum.
