The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room we got was absolutely gross, but we were quickly given another one that was much better. The breakfast options were great, get there early to get the best choices. The location is good you can see the amusement park from the parking lot. The pool looked a little risky. Overall a pretty good value choice stay.

Positive: Location great to Carowinds! All staff dealt with were great! Pleasant , helpful, friendly! Room clean¿comfy beds! Continental breakfast was delicious with so many foods! Staff were helpful and very pleasant!!! Negative: Everything was great!!

This is far the worst place we have ever stayed. Very old hotel, everything is broken - needs a full renovation. Very rude, unprofessional stuff. Look at this ceilings and the bathtub… Also, the walls are extremely thin. You can literally hear the conversations in another room. This is a dog-friendly hotel, but there was a lot of broken glass on the ground of the parking area and near the hotel entry. That’s good I noticed it before my dog got hurt… I’m so disappointed with comfort inn. Please STAY AWAY. You can find a much nicer place for that money.

I'm a long haul truck driver! Located right off the interstate and by Cabela's in Carowinds plenty of restaurant options here. Finding this hotel was very fortunate because they are truck friendly and dog friendly here! No worries finding off street truck parking or in the lot because there's ample room here. The staff is super friendly down home and very Southern which is very inviting to just about anyone. I also found the property to be very clean and well kept for an older property. They do serve a modest get and go breakfast with all the essentials. Cassie the chef is very inviting and will make sure that you don't leave on an empty stomach! Housekeeping is amazing they really go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and satisfied when you leave. Thank you for a very relaxing and comfortable room to stay in and the price was right! From a hard-working American trucker! 🇺🇸🚛💯
