Dearest Price

May 6, 2022

Made two payroll deposits, at two different times through the mobile app and neither has cleared after a week. I had a death in the family and they say there is nothing they can do about a check coming from a major hotel and a school district. As soon as my money clears, I am done. They don’t care about there customers.

Pathetic service. I have a TD mortgage and I gave direct debit change form change to a banking employee and they lost it or didn't do anything with it. I would caution anyone relying on this branch employees. When I contacted the mortgage department they have no knowledge of it. It could be the mortgage department who lost it or didn't do anything with it. But overall this bank or mortgage dept. to be avoided in all possible ways. I regret now refinancing with TD.

There is no TD bank close to my home so I had to drive almost an hour to get to the nearest location only to be told they're closing for over an hour. I completely understand needing a lunch break, but to close the location completely seems a little ridiculous.

This branch has gone down hill over the past year and is lacking good management. The manager Jason Farmer is hardly ever there and doesn’t seem to do anything when he is. I personally witnessed him yelling at his staff in the middle of the sales floor in front of everyone. I don’t understand why he is still employed. #YoucandobetterTDbank.
