Very close to Carowinds amusement park,.but the area is very congested as far as traffic goes. Not easy to navigate. The hotel itself was fantastic. Extremely clean! I pulled no dirt went I went over everything with lysol wipes. Veryimpressive. Shower water pressure was better than ours at home.

If only negative stars could be given. The customer service sucks. Instead of working with customers they push you to the side and not work with you at all. Lies given, no followups, only money hungry. I get it we live in different times and i could see if it was peak season but it wasn't and they show no compassion to customers that have concerns. Jon didn't care to listen and help nor did he care if i wrote a bad review because of his customer service skills.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to 77 and halfway to my vacation destination. I only stayed a night and the outdoor pool was closed because it's April. Check in was simple, hostess was polite. There are a bunch of signs at the front desk about what you can't do. It's kind of tacky. There are better ways to ensure people don't do those things. The hallways smelled musty but the room did not. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, everything worked and excellent water pressure and heat. The hair dryer sucked, bring your own. One of the key cards just would not work the entire time. I informed the hostess upon checking out and she acted like I'm sorry but what do you expect me to do. I told her I was just informing her. Sometimes they can reset the cards. The hotel was pretty quiet and seemed to be in a pretty safe area. It's very close to the Carowinds amusement park.

Our stay was excellent because it was clean both in the room and the facilities. Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful with our last minute booking. We were just stopping while on a long drive. Breakfast was even a real one with waffles, bacon, yogurts, and much more.
