We had our wedding at this Cambria hotel.. Ashley Jordan the Director of Sales and Marketing did a phenomenal job with everything, she’s sweet, professional, and very humbled, in this day and age it’s hard to find staffs that actually love their job to a point they want to see their guest happy but Ashley gave me and my new husband top notch service. The staff that catered the food did a great job, it was absolutely delicious, our guest loved everything. Housekeeping did ok but need some improvement but other than that.. whoever cleaned my room on Friday did a great job 👏🏽.

Confirming, this place is dirty. Looks understaffed. Bedding stained, has hair under pillows. Asked for an exchange, they told me they were completely booked. Lounge area nasty. Pool area requires a lot of attention, here you can find not only wraps in water and dirt on bottom, but women's swimsuit pads. Some people are ok with that too. So up to you. Keep in mind the hotel policy, most times it is not refundable.

Super welcoming hotel, great rooms and comfortable beds. I enjoy having a hotel restaurant/bar to unwind especially the company of Janet the bartender. She is super personable and great conversation. Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Fort Mill

Rooms were nice. More for a couple or business trip, not very kid friendly. My room would not heat more than 65°. Maintenance left for the night so me and my kids(Age 7and 5) bundled up with the extra blanket from the front desk. Breakfast was not free(which was fine) but incredibly slow. Manager on Duty gave me his card. I'll try again but without the kids next time.
