Maria is the new director who appeared to be very professional, but I immediately noticed she struggled with a temperament! She chased my family off the first week and they chose to check my mom into a different facility. I had words with her myself and she was completely out of control! This nursing home use to get good reviews! I am sure it won’t take long for the owners to realize she is out of control with her temper and very unprofessional in the way she treats family members!
