An absolute terrible nursing facility. They treat patients and other community members with little respect. The nursing staff and those in management will send patients to hospitals, and not accept them back if they are deemed a "behavior problem." Do not send your loved ones here.

Do not work there as staff. The facility will not pay what they promise through ShiftKey. I was promised by Brenda to be paid 42.39 and was paid 30.00 for 12 hour shift.

Dont believe the fake reviews about new management!! Horrible, doesn't even describe this place! It's a nightmare! Both nurses went on break at the same time, 1 CNA was watching TV in the kitchen area, the other was somewhere hiding. My mother pushed the call button we waited for 25/30 min plus and Noone came to to check on her.. a man in a wheelchair was going up and down the halls begging for a shower, and th lady that gives meds was literally across the hall, heard everything, never once cared to help. The CNA with the short blonde hair is a complete B has no empathy whatsoever! They put her bed the lowest it could go and her table so she wouldn't fall they said.. better yet so they didn't have to watch her is more like it. Trash everywhere, toilet doesn't wk, dirty everywhere, nothing works. Beware if you come here!! Edit** just FYI we all know how something could look beautiful in a edited and staged picture, only to be catfishd when you arrive. 🤦🏻‍♀️
