11/01/21 i need a new counselor--one that listens and lets me TALK and oh boy-that nurse,Jenisha I don't know what she has against me but something is up,she has such a bad/terrible/hateful attitude towards me, does she do this to anyone else? I believe she needs to do something else for a living because she isn't very nice,if it wasn't for her bad attitude &other she'd be a great nurse!!and that's all I have to say! 😊and I am& been working so hard on this program but they keep me thinking 🤔 why be sober?02/17/22 I've been accused of smoking pot b4 I get up to the office,lol and what's so funny 🤣 is that that day the whole clinic smelled of POT! I 🤔 thought they were smoking a joint in the back--no freaking lie,and they tried to say that I smoked b4 I got up there, 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 and it was them that reeked of pot,that day Thursday I actually had a UA so I'm going to smoke pot the day I have a UA test,sure.i wish they would quit accusing someone (me) that is trying so hard to be sober.and now this is all.they make it real real hard on me,and I haven't done anything wrong lately 😊and I do recommend Crossroads but this clinic sure makes you think 🤔 twice,I will add this, they have done some changes up there 03/03/22,they fired a few people and replaced them so let's see how this goes!! 😊 😊

The staff was very nice especially the lady at the front desk she was very helpful only thing I didn't care for is how long it takes but that's supposed to be because it's your first day and you have paperwork and a whole lot of questions even though you answer the questions on paper your counselor and the doctor ask you the same questions. So it's a long process till they dose you. You not feeling good and have to do all that.

Strict but in a good way. On point with going by the book. First 30 days are $1.00! Can't beat that price $10.00 after the first 30 days. My counselor was awesome!!!

I am not sure why a nurse would give someone they treat personal cell phone number. With my own experience, someone close to me using this clinic. I can only assume some how selling that so called medication out the back. Natalie, whomever that is at that clinic. So other then that I suppose they do what they are licensed to do and who they treat. But talk about unprofessional....
