No, its 40$ to start the program and the first 30 days is only 1(one) dollar and then when that 30 days is up ,its 8$ a day,everyday.
No it's not free 8 $ a day 7 days s week they open at 5 in the morning till 10 morning and sat from 7:00 am till 8:30 am intake takes about an hour and a half they don't take any state help.
