I love how quiet my sisters place is and how safe i feel with my kids being able to have somewhere to enclosed to play when we are there. We dont have to worry about them getting to close to a main road or being struck by traffic as the speed limit is only 5mph.

Yes! But sad to say I am full and dont expect any vacancies. Thank you for inquiries.Rate is $439.00 plus electric and a $200.00 deposit.
Like to know how much it is to rent a rv spot and can you live there in your rv and what all is included in your rent. Is there a time limit on your living there?

They have nothing I have been checking everyday. If you have your own rv try other rv parks like fairgrounds you can stay up to 3 weeks others have monthly rates
Does this park also have trailers that you can move into?
I don't have a trailer of my own, hence why I ask.

No. You must have your own rv and it must be registered to you. Plus it's not a nice place to live. At this time there are about a dozen empty spaces that are not being refilled.

No, they don't do daily or weekly. This is a full time residential park only. Also, it's on the junction on 1-5 and 512, literally feet off S Tacoma Way, nestled between 2 shopping strip malls. While the park residents are quiet and friendly, saying the park itself is quiet is pretty disengenous.
