From one Veteran to other, the workers where nice the owners where rude (the lady) and dishonest (the man). I placed an order for two different shaped glasses and left them there to engrave. I paid a deposit for two decanter set and told them not to proceed until I saw the sample of their work on my glasses. We agreed on the prices and I left the glasses and an additional deposit for them. When I saw the samples I was disappointed to find out that the size that we agreed on could not be made on the glasses, and the glasses that they thought would've been difficult came out good but the glasses they thought was doing to be easy came out distorted and uneven. So i cancelled the decanter orders and was going to cancel the glasses as well but they said it was because of the image i sent, so after editing it, they retried with no luck. So i got my deposit back for the one of the decanters and went with the glasses that came out good to support a small business. When i went to pickup the order is when my whole experience changed. I mett the rude lady owner for the first time, they tried to charged me more then what we agreed, and even changed the amount on the copy of the receipt they had. I have all the paperwork to support my statement. Being that they couldn't do the work on one of the sets of glasses, my deposit for the other decanter set along with the deposit left for the glasses paid for the ones they could do and i would've got money back; but because they couldn't do the work at no fault of me, they charged me MORE for the ones the could work on and said i owed them money! The lady, who i haven't dealt with or met till this point, tired to tell me what we agreed upon, even tho we never spoke before! I left and told her I'll be back with the receipt and when i did she was still going on and showed me a modified version of the bill! The man (who was in the back the whole time) finally came out and tired to explain that because they couldn't do the whole order, they had to charge me more for the ones that they did, because the total amount of glasses that they could work on did not meet there minimal amount of glasses even tho we agreed on the prices before hand and had it documented?!?! Long story short, wouldn't recommend doing business there at all.

Tacoma Trophy has become my go to for family ornaments every year!!! After saving Christmas several years ago when another company couldn’t fulfill the order I had placed months ago, Tacoma Trophy got our order made in just days right before Christmas. Now we use them every year, and they never disappoint! This year we snuck a quick deadline on them again after family surprised us with a visit and we wanted to give them their gifts early, and their team jumped into quick action delivering the ornaments 2 weeks earlier than we had discussed, with a days notice. THANK YOU! We will be back!

Tacoma trophy is the best trophy shop in the Tacoma area. DJ and Judy are the best and will make you very happy with what you want designed or made. Very well priced and just a great place to make memories happen. Been getting trophies made here for last 5 years.
