Disrespectful and rude female manager. I recommend going to a different branch to talk to management. Management here has power trips and no regard for other people’s situations. Clean building though.

Very helpful people at LAKEWOOD BRANCH always had work for me and if they made a mistake they made it up to me right away. Have nothing negative to say because they kept me updated with work and I'm employed somewhere else now and I still get the text messages about ALOT OF JOBS . Never had to wait for my money to hit either!!

Lakewood branch is terrible. They don't make it easy for people who need work to actually get to work. The lady named Heidi that I spoke with was very rude to me and started arguing with me on the phone. Also wouldn't let me work because a ticket was lost. So I can't work at all. *Update. I was also terminated because I didn't let a rude, unprofessional lady be rude to me. This place is a joke. The Puyallup branch isn't as bad but I wouldn't recommend dealing with Lakewood.

I recently starting working jobs through this office and I love it! Heidi Is awesome. Another chick started working at that office and she’s awesome as well. Very professional, always willing and eager to help! If u want to make money and feel important, hit up the Lakewood office! They care!! :)
