I don't really try to park anymore in the four-story parking building which is free parking because you have to usually go to the 4th floor and there's can very seldom be parking sometimes there is at ten 10:30 a.m. on weekdays sometimes there's not. So I park across the street over by a little intersection bridge that goes over I-5 that's free and I just have to walk just a little bit to get to the buses or the Sounder train.

The garbage can gets emptied one a week, but that's all that is done. Any trash laying around the garbage can is just left on the ground. Perhaps you should hire people who will do more than the bare minimum. We pay hundreds of dollars a year to Sound Transit so it isn't unreasonable for us to expect our facilities to be properly maintained.

It will be fine until the following day. Most Transit Parking Garages have a 24 hour limit, stating you will be towed. But these limits have not been enforced since the beginning of the pandemic. As long as your vehicle is in good shape and only there for a day, or two, it will be just fine.
Yes. The garage is well lit, patrolled by police frequently, and there are lots of cctv cameras. Overall safe place to leave your vehicle. I still recommend practicing good parking habits like hiding bags and parcels out of sight, but I have not had, nor have I heard of anyone having any troubles there to person or property
