Ghetto. I dropped my older daughter off in the area and decided to stop in. I'd been at work all day. While my other daughter shopped, I went to use the bathroom. The store associate made me wait until he took stuff to the back room and took forever and acted super weird. Then blocked the keypad to the door of the restroom with his life. He should not be allowed this access to a womans restroom behind a door that needs a pin. Even the Seattle Goodwill that has several homeless camps around it don't act this way. Unfortunately my daughter liked a couple paintings and a purse so I bought them but stay away from this ghetto store.

Basically the only place in Redmond post Covid that accepts donations. Problem is is that they only accept drive up donations. You can not walk up and drop anything off even if you only have a couple small items. This can be pretty problematic as their lines tend to go all the way into the street with cars waiting to drop off 1 or 2 items. Sitting there idling in your car is also not great with the cost of gas prices going up. Would not recommend going here if you need to donate. Giving them a 1 star only because I think for a company taking donations they sure are picky about how you drop them off. Please think about adding a walk up service for people who can't afford to idle for 40 mins due to insane gas prices.

Be prepared to wait in line for a very long time if you visit after 6 pm. The line snakes to the back of the store, while two very dedicated clerks assist people with overstuffed shopping carts. The loudspeaker repeats the refrain of "As you can see, we are very short staffed. Please be patient, we will help you as soon as you can." A good store, but I've left several times if I didn't have 45 minutes to wait. Grab a book to buy and read while you wait.

I come here often. I have found some cool stuff, at a reasonable price. The staff is always very friendly, and helpful. However, I keep seeing something that disturbs me. In the kitchen ware section, I see used, modern production Lodge brand, cast iron skillets. They have a price tag on them, that is higher than I can purchase a brand new one for. This weekend I saw one for $19.99. Later that day, I saw the exact same skillet, brand new at Fred Meyer for $17.99. This is supposed to be a thrift store... I also see Adidas work out pants for $25. They are $28 brand new on Amazon.

Apparently they vary as they please. Listing says they are open at 9am, but here waiting for someone to actually open donation drop off. 4 cars waiting. Also stopped by the other day and they had just closed due to heat wave, which is fair. Wished there was an easy way to check how if open or not.
When I was there two days ago they didn’t have any furniture on the floor so I would guess they aren’t taking furniture right now. I would call and confirm with them first though.
No there's none... only place you can find used one's is pawnshop....

No, they don’t take used mattresses. They buy their own new ones and those are the ones they sell. No donated ones:)
I've never seen wood at their stores. Definitely a donation for a Habitat For Humanity store.

Each Goodwill location has different donation times and due to the pandemic the schedules change periodically. Also, the Goodwill store hours are different from their donation hours. The best thing to do is check the actual website for the Goodwill location where you want to donate when you're ready to donate. Be sure you're looking at the donation hours. Also, the Redmond Goodwill donation center only has one access point off 152nd Ave NE. The donation car line isn't accessible from the Goodwill parking lot. I don't know how to describe it but you'll be able to figure it out when you get there.

Short answer: Because they depend on donations it is always going to be a maybe on what you can find at Good Will. Advise: Generally in bras, especially for those that are going to demand more from the elastic, new is a better way to go anyway. I would try Ross, Target, or Walmart if you are on a budget because they generally have a good selection. Lane Bryant is a good thought for something in stock for an immediate need. If you have a little more to spend, specialty stores that measure you like Victoria Secret will generally have more choices and can order a specialty size even if they don't have it in stock. The only drawback is the price tag. The semi annual sale or checking their website for coupons or offers can help, but it really depends on the budget you are working with and what your needs are.
