Dr. Sue and Celine are a great team, and they were able to help me with two issues (elbow and Achilles) with efficiency and care. Most places that I've been to in the past will continue to schedule appointments with you until you start to question the effectiveness, but Dr. Sue does his best to make sure that once you have the program down to maintain your progress (and of course, once your issue starts to subside and improve!), you can get on with your regularly scheduled life. I did not feel rushed out (I knew I could continue to go if I felt it was necessary), but I really appreciated the consideration of both my time and money. I also can't say enough about Celine, who very patiently guided me through all of my exercises and answered any and all of my questions, while also just being a lovely, friendly presence that I looked forward to seeing each appointment.

The location is convenient and plenty of parking in the parking garage (Free 3 hour retail parking limit). The establishment has a soothing ambience. The scheduling process was easy. A quick phone call and insurance check was all that was needed. They were able to see me in 2 days after my first call. They followed up with online questionnaire and intake form. Dr Sue (Ray) and Celine are great to work with. The assessment of the injury was on-point. There was no push to sell me additional sessions or get me to purchase any exercise/massage equipment. They came across as genuinely passionate about their job and empathetic towards their patients. Ray was not only great at assessing but also the treatment worked wonders. I got a lot of relief from the first visit alone. He set clear expectation that on average 3 visits is all it takes to resolve an issue. Each massage session was followed up with exercises with Celine. She's disarming to chat with and provides lots of positive reinforcement to keep you moving and follow-up the sessions with daily exercises. Their online portal is convenient and very helpful. It has a history of the injury and videos of all the exercises and the cadence in which it is to be performed daily. It is good reference if you ever need a refresher. Finally Ray followed up each session with a text message to check how things were going. All-in-all, honest, courteous, and compassionate.

After suffering from a frozen shoulder for 3 months, I was pretty skeptical that I'd get much improvement from therapy. To my big surprise, after a single session, I noticed a pretty large improvement to my range of motion. After 4 sessions (and doing home exercises), my frozen shoulder is almost completely gone and I now started forgetting that it used to be an issue (after having lived through 3+ months constantly monitoring my moves as to not hurt myself). I only wish I had known earlier and potentially saved myself 3+ painful months.

Dr. Sue and team are phenomenal. We were rear-ended and in a lot of pain in our neck and shoulders, and our hands were numb. With the care of the Airrosti team, we were feeling great again very quickly. I appreciate that the treatment was holistic and a good mix of deep pressure, stretching, and strengthening exercises both in the clinic and at home. Thank you for making our treatment such a wonderful experience and so highly effective in such a short amount of time! Highly recommend!

Yes. Due to our unique carrier arrangements, Airrosti only accepts and bills primary insurance. However, our patients have access to their superbills through the Airrosti Patient Portal to independently file claims with any secondary carrier.

Do you accept Medicare?

Airrosti Redmond (Owner) | Aug 13, 2022

Airrosti DC Providers are enrolled, but not participating, in Medicare. This means our DC Providers can see Medicare patients at our self-pay rates, and the Medicare ABN form must be completed at every visit.

What is the cost without insurance?

If you do not have insurance, have a high deductible plan, or if Airrosti is not covered under your plan, we do offer a convenient self-pay option. Our self-pay rates vary by location. To get an exact rate, please give us a call. The cost of treatment includes an hour-long appointment with our provider. Each appointment consists of a detailed evaluation, manual therapy, and active rehab. At Airrosti, our average treatment plan is 3 visits and, in most cases, Airrosti care is the most affordable and efficient care option for resolving pain and injuries.
