Asked for a medium skin fade and a trim on top and the dude almost chopped all my hair off and gave me a high and tight. Literally the worst haircut ive gotten. And not to mention he shaved off a natural part of my hairline near the forehead that wasnt supposed to be cut

There is a reason this salon has walk-in's available when all others are full. I went there yesterday because they were the only place with availability.... big mistake. The stylist completely ignored everything I said and went off a 2 year old comment card from a previous visit. When I pointed out that she did not do what I asked and asked her to finish she became very indignant and rude and treated me like I am some difficult unreasonable customer because she didn't bother to listed to me at all.. and did something that doesn't even make sense. She was just rude and difficult and would not finish the haircut. IT was competely uneven and parts were very different and unmatched. Finally she said I should go home and do it myself... No tip for this woman. I will never go back here. Again you've been warned there is a reason people avoid this place. I think they like it this way....empty with no work to do.. Regardless avoid this place like the plague.

Not a great haircut at all. The hair stylist was super nice but quite possibly has never cut hair before. I didn't have it in me to tell her how bad it was at the end because she was very nice and we just had a great conversation. I wouldn't ever get my haircut here no matter how pressed on time I am.

i got my hair cut by an older woman on 4/21, im not sure if her name was chi (that was on the receipt) but basically i went in for some layers, i kept trying to tell her i just wanted some layers and she just kept talking about how thick and damaged my hair was, and telling me she should cut a certain amount, i said i dont want it shorter i want long layers. . now idk if she isnt used to people with natural long curly hair, pls know i went in with my hair already shampooed and conditioned basically soaking wet to make it easier. (i sometimes straighten my hair but i came in with wet hair) i went in with REALLY long hair (see picture for reference) and left with almost shoulder length hair. now i really dont give a damn about hair but if this was someone else they would be crying their eye balls out because she CHOPPED it all off omg i was in shock! it looks so bad. it took her like 7 MINUTES i kid you not, to chop off my hair. if you wont listen (or understand, she didnt seem to understand when i spoke to her) to the clients requests then maybe dont cut hair on women. i did not make any comments to her i just payed and left that place.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
