The Luke Apartments

My husband and I have lived at The Luke apartments for 5 years now. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, attentive and quick to respond. Almost every week there is a community event hosted by The Luke so residents have an opportunity to get to know one another. The amnenities are great including a gym, social lounge, BBQ grill, a game room w/ pool table, a couple of arcade machines. The bike storage room and pet washing room are always kept clean. We really like it here.

I highly recommend living at the Luke! Everyone who works here is the best combination of professional, competent, and friendly! Specifically my fiancé and I have always had great interactions with the Jolleen, Madison, and Laurie in the Leasing Office. They are always able to answer any questions we have and are super friendly with our dog - this building is really dog friendly. Our pup always wants to say "hello" and get treats/ pets after walks and honestly we have been greeted with friendly chats and smiles for the last 500+ days - talk about reliable! Madison, Jolleen, and Laurie are genuinely some of the nicest people I know. Beyond that, our unit is also really nice - we wanted more space and modern amenities like a dishwasher/ laundry in unit which has been super nice these last couple years when we've been at home so much. Any time there is something that needs to be fixed (ie. lightbulb changed) the maintenance team (Jacob and Dave) are on it within a few hours of submitting the request! I'm thoroughly impressed that through this whole time living here we've had the same building team - they are a treasure and definitely make renting here so great!!!

I really love living at The Luke. The staff are so nice. Laurie, Jolene, and Madison are lovely and always planning fun little community events or having food trucks come. They are so creative and thoughtful- which is doubly appreciated in this pandemic season. Madison was my leasing agent and was so helpful. Dave and Jacob keep the building in tip-top shape and while I've only had one minor maintenance request- it was handled quickly and efficiently. The whole gang here really do such a great job and the apartment definately meets my needs. The neighborhood is also very convenient with so many amenities right in walking distance..

I have lived here for 18 months, and will be signing on for another 18 month lease. Not often (more accurately, never) do I write reviews, yet this will be my second for The Luke and crew. This has been the best experience, and by far, my favorite place I have ever lived (and I'm generously middle-aged)! The units are modern, the building is kept clean and the courtyard beautiful. Laurie, Jenell and Jolene are truly amazing. They really care about the residents here and their living experience. It is not just another apartment, but a community, a culture created by them and through the events they host. Dave in Maintenance is so attentive and responds immediately, even for non-urgent requests. While I do not own a pet, this is more then a pet friendly building, with a dog washing station downstairs, next to an always clean gym. Sure there is noise at times, it is an apartment and it is downtown, but I assure you my flat in San Francisco was far louder! The glowing reviews are real, and The Luke folks deserves every single one of the five stars! Thank you Ladies (and Dave), looking forward to the next 18 months... and beyond.
