**UPDATE** After a year, the staff at Talisman are incredible and I love the apartment layout. Unfortunately other residents have driven me out. If you face the inner courtyard BEWARE there are residents who will be in the clubhouse until all hours of the night and it will be like they are inside your apartment. Plus the courtesy officer will tell you tha they cannot do anything about noise complaints, so good luck with that. Bass will play so loud your apartment might shake, literally, and you'll never be able to find thr source. *original* I was moving from out of state, sight unseen to WA and the management staff at Talisman was INCREDIBLE. They did video walk throughs of the apartment and even went through and got measurements! Even after my lease was signed and I moved in they have been amazing, Ethan and Jeremy are always there with a smile to say hello. Everyone is super friendly and beyond helpful. The maintenance staff, especially Anthony, is great 👍. The apartment is walking distance to just about everything and there is delivery for everything else.

As i was the first person to move into the unit and one of the first 5 I believe I was ecstatic when moving in. Everything sounded amazing and I mainly moved in because of the included amenities for the building based on the higher rent charged in the area. As no one could of known covid came and everyone was closed off to the public. Being that it was one of the biggest reasons I moved into the unit I was disappointed that the staff didn't even offer to lower the rent/compensation or anything while this was going on. I mentioned this multiple times, but was ignored. Just putting my two cents out there.

We've been here in Talisman for two months and have not seen any issues and are really happy with our choice. All the staff here that we dealt with have been nice, caring, and respectful. Specifically, Jeremy did a great job to tour the apartment units, answer all of our questions, and make the leasing process go smoothly, without any hassle. The building itself is awesome with lots of amenities: the fitness center is much bigger and better than any other buildings in the same size, all brand new and high quality appliances,  beautiful rooftop deck, locker service, and clean shared spaces, just to name a few. Last but not the least is the location of the building. Redmond town center is in a walking distance and many restaurants and grocery stores (such as Safeway and Trader Joe's) are within a five minutes drive from the building.

Seriously such a beautiful building!! It’s filled with so many amenities, like a coffee bar, two-story fitness center, a private theater, and so much more. Jeremy, Hailey, Cameron, and Sid have all been great and super helpful in the entire process. I’m so excited to move in to Talisman!!
