DO NOT RENT here its a nightmare with management and ZERO help for maintenance issues.
The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, kitchens are a bit small for my taste but workable, management is horrible, maintenance is pretty non existent so if you have an issue you will most likely wait over a year for service to be 100% or you will need to fix it yourself. Neighbors are fine but sometimes smoke drugs even if the property is listed as non smoking. If you try to call the office for ANYTHING you will hardly if EVER get ahold of anyone and forget leaving a message its .04% ever returned.
This is more a low income housing and people with special needs I am sure there are some seniors here but no this is generally NOT a senior housing place and trust me living here is NOT what you want by a landslide honest truth.
