First of all I would rate .5 out of 5 but I can’t first of all they made a attempt to give me my package but it said can’t find recipient??? Closes at random hours and sometimes doesn’t open at all never using fedex

Arrived on Saturday June 18th, 2022, at 16:11. Place is closed with a printout sign hanging from the window “had to close” obfff so inconvenient as I drove all the way to Redmond for this chore only. Why can’t management update store hours or put an online notice ???? Hope there is no emergency, very inconvenient no matter what

Had gone for clicking passport size photo. They provide digital copy as well. The staff was very friendly. Very patient and knowledgeable staff.

This fedex office closes at all random hours without notice. The hours posted online are not accurate at all and don’t trust them. A bit frustrating when I drive over to drop off packages only to find out it’s closed as I’m walking up with my hands full.
