I’ve been to Kaisers all over Washington, and Redmond Riverfront it by far the best. The staff is always incredibly kind and work hard to make sure you get everything you need for your appointment. They always take extra time to do things like calling other departments or your doctor to ensure you’re getting the best care possible. They are also very efficient and wait times are never that long. Absolutely love them!

The Kaiser is the worst insurance plan I've ever used. Long wait time for doctor's visits, and the doctors often do not know what to do. unhelpful representative and front desk. Making an appointment is such a nightmare with the Kaiser all the time.

Every doctor and nurse are super nice and friendly. I feel really lucky . Before I met doctor Yan liu Baum. I always have difficulty to control my blood pressure Yan liu Baum helped me to control my blood pressure, so I can work and live normally. She not only cure my I illness, but also saved my life !

The experience was really good. The doctors and nurses are really friendly. Everywhere is clean. Especially Yan liu Baum. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. But location difficult to find and there is no sign, difficult to find where to park although parking space is plenty
