Worst service I've ever experienced. Inhumanly unfriendly for no apparent reason.... on both occasions I've been there. Beyond that, the con artist with the gold chain necklace needs to put on a 5 minute analysis and Show of his expertise to tell you exactly why it will cost $120 to repair a pair of boots. A waste of time. I went to Mercer Street Shoe repair and was taken care of for $40 by the sweet couple there, who are always super friendly, and will be ready tomorrow. Mercer Street Shoe is at 295 Mercer – highly recommended.
