I have to be honest that I've done work with them several times. I've gone back because I was satisfied, not elated or impressed but satisfied and they are the only shoe repair close to me. This last time I went they had my 3 pair of shoes for EIGHT MONTHS!!! I didn't press it because it was the end of summer but every time I called about them they were not ready. When I finally got them because summer was coming again all of a sudden they didn't know me or what I was talking about but ALWAYS called me by name. They were rude and nasty because they couldn't initially locate the shoes. I will go to Missouri before I take another pair of shoes to this hole in the wall.

I dropped off a pair of Manolo Blahniks to be cleaned. I definitely took a risk but felt like the owner could pull it off. In the past he has dyed, polished and shined multiple shoes/boots for me. I was well pleased at the fantastic job he did. The owner is down to Earth, professional, reassuring and hardworking. I give them 4 1/2 Stars.
