If I could leave less than a one star I would. It’s appalling how dismissive and cold the nurse practitioner, Amanda Kralick, was when she interacted with me. I had to come in twice this week because my symptoms kept persisting and I was in excruciating pain. When I came in to get examined, she looked at me for maybe 10 seconds. She did not explain possible diagnoses nor did she care how painful my symptoms were. I expected to be met with empathy, but was treated with the opposite. If you are looking for healthcare professionals who actually care about helping you and are willing to listen to your experiences, don’t waste your time and money at this PP location. Thankfully, I was able to seek care elsewhere after this happened.
The Penitent One
If you're a trans man seeking medical care, this is a good place to go. The staff is kind, understanding, and inclusive and they make you feel comfortable there. They also provide HRT, so it's pretty great.

First let me say I appreciate the work that is done in this facility BUT....I'm wondering why they even schedule appointments every time I have come for myself or a friend there is ALWAYS an extremely long wait. Currently I'm sitting had a 10am appointment it's now 10 mins to 2pm and all they have done was give me ibuprofen. They are now working on the 8 am appointments AND IT'S ALMOST 2PM IN THE AFTERNOON!!! They absolutely need to do better.A course I n Time management needs to seriously be looked into because just like you don't want people showing up late for an appointment it isn't right to double, triple and quadruple book appointments!!! Having patients in the facility feeling like FORGOTTN LIVESTOCK!!! No Bueno 👎🏿
Dysco Lyte
I didn’t get my prescription because the doctor didn’t call it into the pharmacy. Every time I request a call for help they never call back. And I had to get my prescription twice because the wrong name was on it. Overall, very unhelpful. And I paid a lot of money not to get my prescription

Depending on your area and insurance it could cost anywhere from 250 to 500 or more. With no insurance it's normally 500-600 dollars. If you call your local abortion clinic they may be able to offer you a discount. Good luck! This is a really good but sad question.
The previous answer is incorrect. They do offer gyn services for trans people as well, and trans-specific healthcare such as hormones. I have an appointment to get my T refilled (my primary care physician retired) in a couple weeks, I can follow up with an answer then. I do have a friend who went to this location for hormones multiple times before he moved, and he always reported positive experiences. EDIT: 10 months after the original time I commented, I still use them for my T prescriptions. Good people.
Probably depends on the reason for the visit, but if it's something covered by TennCare then yes. Not all procedures are covered.
Depends on the clinic. If not then it'll be out of pocket.
Shouldn't be any more than 200-300. I believe mine was.. 115-120 ish. Because you pay for labs and such the first time.
No
When I asked about vasectomy services they told me not yet to check back in a few months.,so call and ask them to make sure. The website says different.
$700 as of 11/2018
Smh. They offer the services you're looking for. When I went in the first time, I was told that I'd come in after a month of being on hormones then after that monthly check up you'll be required to come back every six months or so for a check up.
Hi, Debbie! I found some info to your question. Check out this link: https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/birth-control/birth-control-pill/how-do-i-get-birth-control-pills
You'll need just basic info. Like insurance and id and such just incase.
Yes it does.
Yes.
Yes, they do. I get mine from here.
$115 for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. This is what they recommend if you are just getting screened but dont suspect you have anything. Other tests range from $20-60 each.
I think it is given after but to make sure you should ask them directly
