Doctors are great, but the organization is too big to provide personalized care. Too many people working, so the "right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing." Their employees need to brush up on their soft skills. Patients need to be notified if their appointments are changed. Just because you have someone in the office who is willing to see a client when you're not there, does not mean that it is okay with the patient. I've tried several doctors at Heritage Medical Associates and the doctors are always lovely, but the rest of the process makes it difficult (to put it mildly) to get any kind of ongoing, quality medical care.

I have been with Heritage Medical for over 20 years and have always received excellent care!

I'm so over this office. My maternity leave was docked 4k because I didn't schedule my 6 week check up, when we all know post partum care appts are a joke, and technically the paperwork was suppose to be submitted before that appt was even due to take place. I called and was told they didn't submit it (for 2 weeks) due to not being scheduled. So I've been 8weeks without pay total now. I ask, "so you havnt submitted it because I'm not coming in?" (That's illegal by the way.) I get a "well, no, no." So submit it already so I can pay my bills. They do and instead of putting the standard 8 weeks you're allotted for a c section, they put down my return date sooner knocking me of the maternity leave I literally pay for out of pocket for because I am an IC. I havnt returned to this office for any check up because I hate it. I only ended up here as a last resort and due to my insurance.

Make an appointment here if you want to wait for an entire hour before anyone even speaks to you. This has happened every single appointment. Specifically in the dermatology office. I also asked if docs could recommend any diet changes/lifestyle tips to help with acne and no one has any suggestions, only offer oral medications. Fine, I get it, you’re a doctor, but it’s mind blowing that no one seems to have an answer for that question…. Anyway, I don’t recommend this office for dermatology
