Reception was professional and friendly. The nurse was very personable and put my daughter at ease. The provider was also friendly and professional and quick. We were completely satisfied with my daughters diagnosis and treatment plan. We will return if the need arises. No complaints.

Brought my husband in, who is a Vandy Patient ….he had Covid but also possibly a sinus infection… the Dr on duty was rushing thru the exam…he had a complete lists of meds that my husband was on yet prescribed one that interferes with one of his heart meds …we spoke to our GP the next day and he immediately took him off and prescribed a different one Not a good couple of days

Rude. Very rude. Couldn’t answer a basic question without feeling the need to scold me “for not knowing how to operate My Vanderbilt portal” when I was clearly trying to explain that something is amiss with the portal bc it’s not showing an availability of appointments for the next week

Amazing, who knew you could like health care this much. I'd never been to a walk in clinic, I had only been to urgent care, but now I will never go back to urgent care. Vanderbilt Health Walk In was so professional, so easy to set an appointment on line, greeted nicely, no extra forms. Then short wait time, treated like a human, listened to me, addressed my concerns and provided me with a referral so I don't have to pay high insurance prices. Blood work done in 10 minutes. I felt like I was the only patient they had that day, but they were taking care of everyone else just as well. My results came on the app while I was still getting dressed, yes, that fast. Now I'm happily writing this review because I have such peace of mind about my health issue and knowing that I don't have a health issue after all. Thank you.
