Because of this awful formula shortage I have heard horror stories from many other caregivers about their WIC office being a nightmare to deal with. So I thought I’d give a shout-out to the ladies at this office- front desk and nutritionists are all awesome and helpful

They are quick to hand everyone a mask, but staff can walk around through the lobby and everything else without one. Their vaccine isn't any better than anyone else's.

The nurses at this location are spectacular. They communicate clearly and treat you like an intelligent adult. The support staff at the window are terrible. Part of their job involves communicating the litany of procedures to the public, which they fail at regularly. It took me three trips to even see a medical professional for a regular STI test. I tried to make an appointment, but they told me to come in without one, only to be turned away because they were full... I’m sure they’re brilliant at the secretarial skills they put into use every day. Organizing so many files and abiding by a plethora of regulations can’t be easy, but they’re abysmal at communicating that bureaucracy to the taxpayers. It’s a great service for Nashvillians, but go to the main branch on Charlotte Ave at all costs. Your sanity will thank you.

Unkind and didn’t even explain why they couldn’t give my children the flu vaccine. Just said they needed an appointment. Period. The place wasn’t even busy they only had 1 person out in the lobby and a lady that was arriving with her kids! Very disappointed I had to drive all the way to Nolensville health department where they told me that I didn’t even need an appointment for flu vaccines especially around this time of year. They attended me quickly even though they had a lobby full of people waiting to be attended! I don’t recommend this clinic :(
