Today I would like to talk about a specific physician. Dr. Melissa Levak who is a cardiac surgeon. She is a wonderful kind lady and a great surgeon. The best of the best. She saved my husband's life William Burgess who is employed at vanderbilt. We will always be grateful. She is the reason I am rating Vanderbilt a 5 today. Vanderbilt better always try to keep her.

Quick check in (Be sure to check in on line in advance!!) 5 checkin desks Park in the central garage Remember where you park or take a picture of the parking location sign near your car 5th floor Very organized with a large waiting room There are outlets to charge your phones in the waiting area Free good Wi-Fi And of course this is Vanderbilt so the staff is friendly and the doctors nurses and Practitioners are excellent

I would not utilize their services. At least one of their staff members (Alexis Paulson, MSN, APRN) is openly critical of second opinions and actively seeks to silence second opinions. A very concerning approach for anyone in the medical profession.

Hope you never have to call them to get ahold of them bc they won't answer and if they do it's a call center who know nothing about what you need.
