So I am Unsure if this office is stil open or not as I was told the office was closing last year and dr. Hayes was leaving the area, however I am seeing more current reviews so I am confused. I’m trying to get my records transferred

I have been having a lot of issues and been through a lot of tests. My regular doctor decided it was time to send me to a specialist. So I was referred here. I was told to wait a couple of weeks and if I hadn't heard anything to call them. Well I didn't hear anything so I called. I was informed by whoever answered the phone that if they decided to take me on as a patient they would call me. She was absolutely so rude, and hung up on me when I had questions. It took me over a year to get my doctor to take me seriously and now because of this I'm back at square one.

The best bunch of people you'll ever meet! Have been going here for years. Always calling me when lab work is bad. Get appointment reminders. Never wait for very long. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

2hr drive. When we arrived the front desk was very nice. The nurse who took us back was great. When the doctor came she stated that only one of my levels were barely high & when I asked why she thought they were I didn’t really get an answer.. she said she didn’t think I had nodule so I asked if she had seen my ultrasound which she stated her office did not have. She had them draw my blood & said once her office received results from blood & ultrasound I would get a call. THIS is when things became horrible. I called a week later to check on it & the woman who finally answered was RUDE. I do not think it was receptionist but a MA. She stated she hadn’t got up to check fax machine yet & to call back later. When I did she said she still hadn’t checked it.(hours later) I asked for her to give me a call once it had & she stated she would NOT give me a call but that I could try again later. We went back & forth for a min & finally I said okay. After calling several more times with no answer I gave up. This was in April. It’s now July & I never received a call. I also had to explain this to my doctor in a follow up days later in which I was also informed I DO have a nodule.
