No, I don't have any hospital affiliations at this point because my practice is now all outpatient. If one of my patients needs hospital admission, I work with the hospitalist groups who will attend to my patients while inpatient. I am not a surgeon although we do minor surgical procedures in the office (implanted glucose sensors and testosterone pellets).
