The address says 1326B but on gps put in 1312 Rosa parks. It’s the alley in the back, b door. Just knock. Very friendly people that don’t look at you any different. Also very nice to have the narcan whether you’re an addict or not.

You have to call that place street works in every Friday. The guy who runs it(or did 3-4 years back is named Ron, very nive guy) u call and he will meet you(usually he'll say give me an hour & I'll meet u at XYZ place) & The meeting spot is quite often 1 of 6 gas stations within a few miles of their location,it's always different and for $5 or some comes know dollars will give you a 1- 3 packs of(usually the 28 ×1/2 rigs)

I suppose, and Im just guessing IDK, so, IF I OFFEND YOU I'M SORRY,but being an addict myself & since I also saw you mentioned the word "Exchange" after "Needle"...BUT, what you're describing is a "place"(like a hospital)where you can throw away what I'm guessing at Max is a couple hundred needles) If so, depemds on quantity u wanna get rif of. PERSONALLLY I'd just break the tips & take them to the closest dum, OR, call department of health and tell them the truth & I'm sure they could lead you to a hospital or tell you how to dispose very very easily, or search on your phones & find a hospital &take them (If there are over lole 500/1000 even)..as I have had that many bad(barely functional rigs in that large a quantity B4) However I believe that you are looking for other needles in exchange for your old ones.(OR REALLY JUST A PLACE TO GET NEW RIGery Friday they will basically meet you and give you needles for a donation this was 5 years ago now so IDK if they still do it that way
