I was so happy to find a doctors office with open hours in the evening. My experience was efficient and so pleasant! Maryam, who checked me in and took my weight, was really nice and was very quick with everything. Ingrid, the provider I saw today, was just as wonderful. Her demeanor is warm and educational, and talked me through her reasonings for certain lab work. When she asked if there was anything I wanted to discuss, I felt like I could share any medical concern without hesitation. I will definitely come back to zoomcare Ballard because the people who helped me were lovely and the entire experience was streamlined and quick.
