Be careful with billing. I was a patient with them four years ago and recently found out that a bill I never received is in collections. Despite having documentation of every bill they sent as well as proof of payment, they refused to work with me.

Staff is excellent, but be prepared to wait to be seen. My record was 70 minutes at a previous appointment. I now give them a good-faith fifteen and go back to work.

I had a SMILE surgery here. The place is in a convenient location, comfortable and welcoming waiting area. All the staff was very nice. I had a great experience from start to finish. Surgery went well, instructions and reminders were very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Due to incomplete information provided by both the Dr, the Dr's assistant and a number of office staff, I am forced to cancel my surgery that is scheduled for 7 days from now. I cannot trust an organization that cannot effectively communicate or provide basic surgery requirements with getting the follow up care and appointments correct never mind trust them with surgery. seems like maybe they have gotten too big to try and manage patients. Updated 2/9: despite the reply from the business reviewed, no one has reached out to me offline regarding this issue

I had corrective eye surgery in January and March 2019. My surgeon was Dr. Chin. About a week ago my left eye appears to be partially covered by a shadow or a veil. Do implants need replacement on occasion?
