The pharmacists were super helpful making sure that my prescription was the one I needed! They contacted my care team TWICE to make sure that everything happened as efficiently as possible.

This is a review for the Pharmacy at Bartell. Overall the experience was terrible. I sent in my prescription for a scheduled pickup at 345pm. I arrived at 545PM (2 hours after scheduled) and it was not ready. Had to come back an hour later and there was a line of 10 people and one cashier. Took 5 minutes per customer to check out. Unreal.

Good place to buy Seattle chocolates and souvenirs for visitors from out of town. I've never filled any prescription at the Pharmacy here so can't comment on that service. I would stop here to see if the store has personal care items I need if I'm nearby, otherwise I'll just order delivery or pickup service from Target as its faster and I'm guaranteed product availability.

The staff is kind. The retail selection part of the store has a wide selection of options to look through and purchase, even with recent supply issues. Quite a surprisingly high selection of uniques candies and snacks. The pharmacy could use more staff and/or a more streamlined way to fill prescriptions and refills. The wait to place or pick up a new prescription or refill is excruciatingly long. I recently had a root canal performed and the endodontist office I went to I spent 20 minutes on hold to place an order for antibiotics, which then took another 4 hours to actually fill. Online refill orders say to wait 3 business hours to pick up your refill, which is reasonable given their volume, but expect to pick up refills within 2 business days of the refill request as they are often not ready by their own websites guidelines. If a faster turnaround time is what you desire, I recommend any nearby grocery store with a pharmacy or Katterman’s on Sand Point.

They do. They've got a whole photo center.
7 days a week, 9am to 9pm. Which is not common for pharmacy. I love the people in the pharmacy. Never had a rude or dismissive experience as I have at other Bartells or Walgreens in the pharmacy.
Yes, there is a walk in careclinic where you can get your travel vaccines.
Yes. I've seen CBD capsules and ointments displayed on an end cap adjacent the registers at this Bartells.
