If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT make a payment before it’s due. They WILL double dip and take two payments out and claim you’re on autopay (we don’t do autopay specifically because of this reason). Because of them double dipping we received an overdraft fee. The overdraft fee I realize we need to talk to the credit union about. HOWEVER, it wouldn’t have happened if they wouldn’t have double dipped. Contacted them not even to reverse the extra payment, but to just cover the overdraft fee. They refused. Oh AND NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED A CAR, DO NOT GO HERE! 22% interest is RIDICULOUS. This car would have been paid off a long time ago if it weren’t for their high rates. HORRIBLE COMPANY, that preys on people stuck in a bad situation then makes it worse.

Worst company to ever finance a car through they sick
Neysha Alfonso
Worst customer services. People don't help you . They just stress you more . Thanks
Mr Howard
Yes I was thirsty for a vehicle and it was my first car loan but they charged my 20k for a 2010 only thing they didn't do was rush to come get it back & will take any payment even 25 dollars Lol they asked me for that few times well i got a way better truck for cheaper elsewhere Live &Learn I would only finance something you really want from them !

Yes....they don't help you out regarding your payment or if they can make payment arrangements. I agreed to and then they still report I'm late! They are scammers. I am reporting them on BBB.
I’m having the same problem because they repoed my Jeep to
Yep they got me too with a 2009 gmc arcadia and they sent it to collections for 9,000 some odd dollars i already gave it back to them and they still are charging me the whole balance all of the while I bought the car with 116000 miles and the car still has a hundred sixteen thousand miles after I gave it back to them with a blown transmission and on top of that the engine to they crazy in they head the damn car didn't even make it a thousand miles in the motor and transmission goes out what a coincidence well I tell you before they can garnish my pay for that piece of s*** there will be a bankruptcy lawyer calling them cuz some things are worth filing bankruptcy for
This has happened to me as well. I was purchasing a 09 Ford Escape for 5,999 with a DP of 3500. They bumped the price of the vehicle to 7,999. The total interest being paid is equal to what was being financed. So now I'm stuck paying $11,000 on a $6,000 used 09. This is illegal!!!!
I would also send an email to have written copy you have tried to reach them. Assuming you have good pay history pushing the payment back shouldn't be an issue.
It barely does..its extremely high interest rate. Have you looked at your credit score to refinance at a better rate with different company? Or different car all together? That's what I had to do after 1 year..and my car lost value and I owed more than it was worth...
I'm calling channel 2 problem solver's seeing I'm not the only one with the same problems has to be something that can be done
Where did you purchase vehicle,? This company is aweful.
Did you do any research into the vehicle??
Me 2!!!!
2nd chance lender. What did you expect?
I got the same issue
Did you try calling customer services department?
No I don't know any one names
I tried to defer 1 payment. They rudely told me that they were a "second chance" lender and they could not do it.
I really don't know its been 7years
Call the number enter your account number and they'll tell you the monthly payment you owe
Report it as a lemon....... You my need a lawyer........ Michigan has a lemon law...... Plz look In to it
Yes they have customer service reps available during normal business hours.
No
They are a second chance loan company so the rates are going to be higher than a traditional loan. I personally haven't had any communication issues. They are clear and concise.
They do not
That honestly depends on you. If your credit is bad or you have no credit, they'll give you a loan with ridiculously high interest (which is a good way to set someone up to fail). That, though legal, is kind of predatory in the same way that a loan shark might be. But if you make your payments in full and on time, you shouldn't have any issues. I have however heard of a lot of people having their cars repossessed on loans that were in good standing, and people having their loan amounts inflated for no reason (they jacked mine up by $83 once) and with no notice. I would say proceed with caution.
Credit Acceptance has nothing to do with the title status of the vehicle you purchased. All they do is handle the money part. If you were told the title was clean and it isn't, you'll want to go after the dealer that sold you the car.
If you're doing the payment through western union which is a $4 fee and it's with a automatic system you can... And you can go online and make it...you don't have to talk to an agent to make payments..and when you make a payment before 11pm it will post the same day
They are not helpful, if you miss a payment they immediately start the collection process without knowing anything about your situation. Refinance if possible.
It's call Credit gangster Acceptance
Go out there they are located at 25505 12mile Southfield MI
I don't know but it use to be 90 days before they repo it
Every situation is different. I suggest calling to make arrangements and ask someone at credit acceptance. They are great
Are you under warranty or could there be any major recalls on the vehicle or contact the dealer you purchase the vehicle from if you did.
Check your contract. I'm sure it would also depend on how long you had it. I do see it happen a lot though. You will have to stay alert - they will tell you they accept you returning the vehicle and the a year later they will claim you still owe them and destroy your credit. Again, read the contract and maybe speak to a lawyer.
I'm pretty sure you can trade once you get most of your negative equity paid off (value of the car + the amount owed)
They have several ways to pay you can call, go online, send a money order, or pay with your checking account.
Southfield, MI
No. They will resell it for a quick profit at your expense. And probably still charge you the full amount of the loan remainder.
Thats a very good question. Please help us !
Think you got a deal thats on you i want do it no more I promise you that just do you and good luck with that
Nothing because they could careless. They are just gonna call you 40 times a day
It would be better if you didn't do business with those people, they're desperately careless.
