I need to talk to an agent about a payment I'll be unable to make. No one is answering and I don't want for my vehicle to be repossessed. What do I do?

I would also send an email to have written copy you have tried to reach them. Assuming you have good pay history pushing the payment back shouldn't be an issue.

I've had a very different experience. They financed me with my not so good credit. I've had a couple misses payments, but they have always worked with me to get back on track by breaking my payments down over 5 months. As long as I kept my arrangements and answered their calls they have been a great help. I totaled my first truck thankfully I purchased the gap insurance so that covered everything that my insurance company didn't. Once it was paid off they financed my next truck with no problem at all. Not to mention paying off the totaled truck early helped my credit score. They also financed my 21 year old daughters first car without a problem. I would definatly recommend this company. As with any company pay your Bill's and communicate always.

They usually answer, just keep calling. Depending when the payment is due, they usually let you switch the date. Or they ask you can you borrow from someone. They try and work with you, so your car won't be repossessed or shut off

I made payments before due date for 2 years. In November had open heart surgery and out of work till 29th of January. They would not after to let me slide for 1 month.
