I agree with all of the previous comments. You will have to do the leg work. Ask family and friends to help you as well. Talk to someone that has gone through the same process and have had the same problem.

Due to covid-19 most of the workforce at CAC is working from home. My recommendation would be to use the toll free number to obtain proof of payoff.

Good luck. I went down there to give them my payoff check and nobody was in the office to help me. And to speak with someone I had to hit 0 on my phone like 8 times. Super annoying 😒
