I had an appointment with Dr Tanick on Tuesday Nov 3 at 3 pm (second visit with this Dr), and after being checked in and had my vitals at his office (nobody else was in the waiting room), I waited for 1 Hr and no sign of the Dr or anybody else to alert me of the reason for this long delay. At this point I decided it was enough time and left, but made sure to tell the lady at checkout of why I was leaving. It’s over 24 Hs after this happened and not a call, text or email to explain the reason for this, and what it shows is that they don’t really care about my time or as a patient, so Goodbye and Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Tried to schedule with the doctor I’ve been seeing for the last ten years spoke with Shirley and she refused to schedule me with my doctor saying we dont schedule with the main doctor this is the second time I’ve had to be seen for the same thing and they keep scheduling me with residents who are learning and don’t know what they are doing yet she was rude as hell she should be working as a cleaning lady instead of a secretary! Do us all a favor and go back to training on customer service Shirley.

Dr Vandal is one of the best doctors my daughter loves her...if you can press through the difficulty with the administrative challenges, you will find a jewel in Dr Carman Vandal

Absolutely love this practice! I have been taking my daughter here for 11 years and my son for almost 5. All the doctors we've had here are amazing Dr.Vandal is our favorite. They are very attentive and patient. Front desk staff is amazing as well! Thank you a million times over! This will forever be our go to place
