Can't speak to them as a family practice. But their Urgent Care services are God awful. I didn't even get seen since they lost track of doing my paperwork, and I'm not going to shake your employees awake when there's 5 other urgent cares around you. If you don't want that traffic don't open an urgent care.

Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I was a new patient and this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. The second I walked in the door, the front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending, acting as if I was a huge inconvenience because I had to fill out paperwork THEY never sent me. When I met the doctor, he looked like he was about 100 years old and couldn't even remember why I was there in the first place. After doing a 2 minute exam, he referred me to an ENT (which he knew was impossible to get into, as HE stated) and prescribed me 2 medications for what he diagnosed as a sinus infection after only asking me 3 questions and doing his extremely short exam. One of the medications I was very familiar with and the other I had never taken before. Upon taking the new medication, I had an immediate allergic reaction and ended up in the ER because I couldn't breathe. When I told the ER doctor what meds I was on, they confirmed that one wasn't dosed correctly for the amount of days I needed to be on it, and the other (the one I had a severe reaction to) should never have been prescribed to me in the first place as it doesn't even treat what I was initially being seen for. After I was released from the ER, the following day I tried to call this facility to tell them what happened. But, every time I called the phone kept ringing and the voice mail box was full. I called over 20 times following the ER trip and NO ONE was in the office, or they deliberately don't answer their phone. This place clearly doesn't have the patients best interest in mind, or their health in general. The fact that they are actually treating people is a joke and this place and ALL of it's staff should be investigated. This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and I would encourage anyone and everyone to find care somewhere else. They have no idea how to run a medical clinic and should be put out of business. I have already reported them to the BBB for their ignorance and lack of attention to an emergency situation. Oh, and not only did they almost kill me with their ignorance, they didn't even send the damn referral to the ENT!!! This place disgusts me and I will NEVER go back or recommend it to anyone.

Do not go here. This place is the worst. I showed up promptly at 8am to have a simple blood draw and to give a urine sample for a surgery. The old ladies working the front desk are completely inept. One has nails so long I wonder how she even types. Maybe that explains why she forgot her phone at the corporate office and proceeded to leave for at least 20 mins to find her phone while patients waited for her return … including me. After over and hour waiting I was told I’d have to go to the Lakewood location as the doc I saw before only practices out of that location. So I drive to Lakewood. I arrive and the two women working the front desk are less than helpful and proceed to chit chat, without masks on, while I wait. Finally I get to see the flobotimist … only to find out my orders are for LabCorp. Shoot me. Do not go here.

Jared Moskowitz they are closed weekends but maybe you could inquire with the nearest Hospital?
Yes it should be covered an to concur just call the nurse line to make an appointment but you have to say you have possible symptoms and give them those symptoms. The goal is not to waste their time if you don't because many are falling in line to the illness. Hope you don't have it an take care it's not a hoax like Trump claimed and still he shows no remorse for those lost.
Hi Tom-The provider has to send an email to the patient inviting them to see their lab results. They will then be able to login and see the results.
