Great experience! Fred, Kate and the entire installation team was amazing. Told us from the beginning how much time to plan on to replace windows in our entire house. Prompt arrival each day, friendly, informative, clean and neat! Prepared us each day with their plans for the day! Even went out of their way to accommodate a special scheduling need. Answered any questions we had clearly and patiently. Cleaned up each night! Did entire house with very little disruption! Work with Comfort! You will not be disappointed!

Working with Comfort Windows was overall a good experience. The windows we had replaced were original to the home and the new windows and clearly of good quality. The installation team left a couple new windows with holes in the screens, even after repairing a few of them during installation. There was window debris and material left outside after the work was done which was a hazard because I have dogs. Additionally, one of the crew members was smoking during window installation. However the team was very responsive and was able to answer all our questions. They installed 7 full windows in two days and they look absolutely beautiful.

Crew leader Kyle managed the installation of my four windows and side garage door on a freezing January morning! He, with John and Alex, worked efficiently together to get the job done, on time. I am so happy with my windows, they are beautiful ! It's so nice to NOT feel cold air coming through. I'm happy I can clean them easily from indoors, instead of climbing a ladder outside. The side garage door, oh my, it looks better than the whole garage. Beautifully installed !! They came back for a few hours the second day ,as planned when we scheduled, to finish the job and Kyle explained the features of the windows. So pleased!

Freddy, Kate and the rest of their team did a fantastic job installing my new window! They cut the hole in the house and everything!! I am a very detail-oriented person and was very specific about window placement. They listened and were happy to do the window any way I wanted!!! Placement turned out PERFECT! They cleaned up everything and wore booties in the house before drop cloths were down. They vacuumed up all the dust and crumbs, took the insulation away and everything. I had a million questions and Freddy answered them all. He went above and beyond in so many ways, I can’t recommend them more highly!!! I had 2 offers on this window job and I am glad I chose Comfort Windows. I was so comfortable with Freddy and his team, they were a dream to work with. I know I will be calling again!!!
