Went for a haircut after a not my last haircut at a different salon was extremely disappointing. The stylist (Alyssa) was great. She listened to what I disliked and wanted and gave me a great haircut. Salon was welcoming and relaxing too. Definitely going back.

I had been to Shear Ego for my hair and a massage, but never a pedicure. It was great. They have a good size room with 6 large massage pedicure chairs. Everyone was friendly and it was clean. We had Cheyenne & Yen. Both very good! It was the perfect mother - daughter time. If you have time enjoy shopping and dinning in Pittsford Plaza.

I had a great experience with Shear Ego! Off the bat, they were very polite and professional when I called to make an appointment! They’re also very accommodating. There’s a private room in the back for customers who request a more private area to get their hair done. When I requested to get my hair done there, they made a note of it right away and made it happen! All of the stylists were respectful and understanding of the accommodation and I just appreciate it so much! I also had a great experience with stylist Tess for the second time now; she’s very kind and does a great job! My hair came out exactly how I hoped! I’d also like to add that prices are fair for the quality of service that you receive.
